Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped by UPS or the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by Affliction, Inc. of your order. Affliction, Inc. does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Affliction, Inc. charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

International Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

Returns
Our new return policy makes returning your items quick and convenient.

Simply login to your account and use our new automated return system to process your return. Return shipping is provided free of charge for customers in the domestic United States! Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail and refund your card for the purchase price of the item. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item to be exchanged using our return system and then purchase the replacement item in our store. No more waiting for the exchange to be processed, we cross ship the exchanged items and credit your card for the returned merchandise when we receive it.

Simple Rules For Returns and Exchanges

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Please include the original invoice with the returned merchandise.

Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for Canadian orders.

Packing Your Items for Return or Exchange

Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible. Use our returns system to print and affix the supplied shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. If you are unable to print the supplied label, you may create a manual shipping label, please clearly print your RA number on the label and send it to:
