Shipping & Returns

Currently we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.

Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Currently we are only offering Ground Shipping. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing time before shipping. Affliction Clothing Inc. does not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Affliction charges sales tax on orders shipped in California, Miami and Nevada. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

Priority Shipping Options

If you choose any of the upgraded shipping options (other than Domestic Ground Shipping), the following restrictions apply:

  • Bill To address and Ship To address must be the same and match the credit card billing address
  • Priority Shipping Available in Continental U.S.A. only where UPS offers these upgraded shipping services.
  • Items on backorder will be removed from order and the remaining items will be shipped out via the selected service.
  • In stock orders placed by noon CA time will ship the same day with the selected service, orders placed after 12pm CA time will be shipped the next business day with the selected service.

Returns

3 REASONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Wrong Size.
  2. Wrong Item Shipped.
  3. Defective Item.
* Simply return your product with a note of the reason on a copy of your packing slip / invoice *
  • All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached.
  • Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
  • If you were to receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we may not authorize your return or exchange.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
